Personal Coaching

We offer personal coaching for both personal development and business leadership development.

During an individual session we tailor the normal exercises to fit your present development challenge. By working with the situation at the process level, not the content level, we can quickly get to the underlying dynamics that are present and try out various ways of working with them.

We use a gentle push as a physical metaphor for any stress that we may be experiencing, This enables us to experience the physical sensations of  returning to an upright, stable and spacious posture. By becoming familar with this in the coaching session, we can recognise and use in the everyday world.

Sessions take 60 - 90 mins.
